These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking platforms, facilities, and services. By using our site or making a reservation with us, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Reservation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.Guests must provide accurate personal details during booking. False information may result in cancellation.
A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book or check-in unless accompanied by an adult.
2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract an additional fee.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
Payment is required before or upon arrival, depending on the booking method.We accept transfers, card payments, and cash.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
4. Security & Guest Conduct
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.Loud music and disruptive behavior are prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Visitors are allowed but must vacate the premises before 10:00 PM unless registered as overnight guests.
Damages caused by guests or their visitors will result in charges to cover repair or replacement.
5. Use of Extra Services
We offer premium in-house services, including:
Spa & Grooming Services

Services like full-body massage, pedicure, and manicure are by appointment only.

Guests must be in good health to receive body treatment services.

Cancellations within 3 hours of appointment time may attract a cancellation fee.
Restaurant, Lounge & Bar

Meals and drinks (African & continental dishes, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages) are billed separately unless included in your booking package.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to underaged or visibly intoxicated guests.

Guests are responsible for personal items left in the lounge/bar area.
6. Housekeeping & Maintenance

Daily light cleaning is available for long-stay guests.

For health and privacy reasons, housekeeping is only done during designated hours.

Report any damage, leakage, or equipment failure to the front desk immediately.
7. Liability Disclaimer

Royal Texan Apartments is not liable for loss of personal belongings left unattended in common areas.

We are not responsible for injuries or allergic reactions resulting from misuse of facilities or products.

Guests use all amenities at their own risk, including massage and wellness services.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will only be used for reservation, communication, and service delivery.

We do not share guest data with third parties except as required by law.
9. Modifications to Terms
Royal Texan Apartments reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance.
